Dr. Kimberly Nettles, PharmD, RPh is a licensed pharmacist and nationally recognized health expert with nearly two decades of experience spanning federal service, healthcare leadership, medical innovation, and executive leadership. Her career has been dedicated to helping individuals, institutions, and leaders navigate complex decisions around health, wellbeing, and daily preparedness.

She began her journey serving as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Public Health Service, where she supported programs that required clarity, clinical acumen, and a deep understanding of what people truly need in moments of uncertainty. Over the years, she has worked across government, healthcare, and advisory circles, earning a reputation for bringing intelligence, calm, and precision to every problem she solves.

Her work has been honored by national organizations, including Modern Healthcare’s Top 40 Under 40, Washington Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40, Washington D.C. Hospital Association, and the U.S. Black Chambers Power 50, reflecting her influence and leadership across health, strategy, and innovation.
